Conforming Mortgage Limits Go UP!

Conforming mortgage limits just went up to $845,000!

So, sometimes when things go up…it’s a GOOD thing!
And one of those good things, is you can use me to take advantage of that new limit, even though (at the time of this writing, only one lender has it available! Although others will follow, isn’t it good to know your favorite mortgage broker can deliver what others can’t right now?! (Applause sign goes here!) This is not official from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac yet, but my lender for this can keep the loan in their portfolio until the time one of those two will buy it.
